How to Book the Suluada Boat Tour

Choose your departure first — the Side boat or the Antalya boat — then pick your date, enter how many adults and children are travelling, and give us your hotel and contact details. That is the whole form. The total is calculated as you go, at €40 per adult and €30 per child aged 4–10, with infants 0–3 free.

Nothing is charged when you submit it. The reservation costs you nothing and commits no money; payment happens on the day of the tour itself. If you would rather talk to a person before committing — a mixed-age family, an awkward hotel, a date you are not sure about — write to us through the contact page, where WhatsApp is one of the options. Book as early as you like. Because nothing is paid up front, an early reservation costs you nothing and simply holds your places; because cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, changing your mind later costs you nothing either. Because the Side boat sails every day, the sensible order is to fix your date first and arrange the rest of your week around it. If your group has booked separately and wants to travel together, tell us when you reserve — it is the kind of detail we can look at before the morning, not during it.

You get a confirmation by e-mail with a printable ticket. Keep it on your phone; you do not need to print anything, but people do like having it. It carries your reference, your date and your traveller counts, so anything that looks wrong can be corrected before the day rather than at 05:30 in a hotel lobby.

Then we confirm your pickup individually. From the Side·Manavgat band the window is 05:30–06:00; from Antalya centre, Lara, Kemer and Beldibi it is 08:30–09:00. We never publish per-hotel times, because they genuinely shift with the route. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Plans change on holiday — a fever, a rearranged transfer, a day that turns out to be someone's birthday — and nothing about our booking model punishes you for it, because you have not paid anything yet. Tell us as soon as you know, and the place goes back into the day.

Weather is the one thing neither of us controls. In rough sea the harbour authority can stop departures, and when that happens you are rebooked onto another day or refunded — the decision is made for safety, not for schedule. Both boats sail from the same harbour at Adrasan, so the island day is identical; only the road leg and the calendar differ. For the booking itself, one discriminator decides it. The Side departure runs every day, so you can book it for whatever date suits your week. Its minimum age is 6, which is the detail most likely to decide a family's plan.

The Antalya departure sails on Tuesday and Thursday all year, plus Saturday from April to October. It does not run every day, so its date has to be chosen first and the rest of the week arranged around it.
