Cash or Card? How Payment Works on the Tour Day

2026-07-26 · 5 min read

You book free online and pay on the tour day. Nothing is charged when you reserve, there is no deposit, and the price is settled once you are actually travelling.

That answers the money question for the tour itself. The rest of this page covers what that model means in practice, what else you might want to carry with you, and the one question we will not answer with a guess.

What "Pay on the Tour Day" Actually Means

It means the booking and the payment are two separate events, and the second one only happens if the first one turns into a real day on the water.

When you reserve a place on the Suluada boat tour from Side or the Suluada boat tour from Antalya, you are holding a seat, not buying one in advance. No card is charged at that moment. Your confirmation and your ticket arrive, we confirm your pickup with you, and the price is settled on the day of the tour.

The consequences are worth spelling out:

That price is flat from every pickup point on the coast. Side pays what Manavgat pays, which is what Kemer pays. There is no regional surcharge, and we do not run "was €X, now €Y" discounts. The prices page lists it plainly, and how to book walks through the reservation itself.

Cash or Card? Ask Us — We Will Not Guess for You

This is the one place where we deliberately stop short.

We are not going to publish a list of accepted card brands on a blog page, because payment arrangements are the kind of detail that must be right on the morning rather than approximately right on a website. A traveller who reads "cards accepted" here and finds a different reality at the vehicle door has been let down by us, not by the page.

So the honest instruction is: if you want to know exactly how to settle the price on your departure, ask us before you travel. Send us a message with your tour, your date and your pickup point, and you will get a straight answer for your booking rather than a general one. It takes a minute and it removes the only real uncertainty in the whole transaction.

Ask early rather than the night before. Once you know, you can carry exactly what you need and stop thinking about it.

What You Should Carry Anyway

Even with the tour price settled, a boat day has small costs attached, and they are not all part of the ticket.

None of that is expensive. It is simply not covered by the €40, and we would rather you knew that on the pier than discovered it there.

What the Price Does Cover

A great deal, and it is worth being precise about it.

Your €40 covers the round-trip transfer where a transfer applies, the boat day itself from Adrasan harbour, guidance on board, the swimming stops at Suluada and the surrounding bays, and lunch cooked on board — grilled fish or chicken with pasta or rice, the day's Turkish mezes, a seasonal salad, then fruit and tea. On the Antalya departure, snorkelling masks and pool floats are included as well, along with marine insurance and harbour fees.

Children aged 4–10 are €30 for exactly the same day. Infants aged 0–3 travel free. The minimum age on the Side departure is 6. Every inclusion and exclusion is itemised in what is included.

Transfer coverage is worth checking against your address, because it is not uniform. Free hotel transfer applies across the Side and Manavgat band and, on the Antalya departure, for central Antalya, Lara, Kemer and Beldibi. For the Belek band, the Alanya band, Kundu, Konyaaltı, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova we confirm the pickup individually. For Adrasan, Olympos, Çıralı, Finike, Demre and Kaş there is no transfer product at all: guests make their own way to Adrasan harbour and meet the boat there.

Booking for a Group or a Family

The model does not change with numbers. Every adult in the party is €40, every child aged 4–10 is €30, infants are free, and the whole party settles on the tour day rather than in advance.

What does change is how much you want confirmed ahead of time. Larger parties, mixed ages, several hotels in one booking — those are worth a conversation before you travel rather than a form. Start with group bookings, and send the details our way through contact.

Two small habits make the tour day itself frictionless: know in advance how you will settle the price, and carry something for the bar. Do both and the only decision left on the boat is where to sit.

Frequently Asked

Do I pay for the Suluada boat tour in cash or by card?+

Payment is settled on the tour day rather than when you book, and we ask you to check the exact arrangement with us before you travel instead of relying on a general answer here. Send us your tour, date and pickup point and we will confirm it for your booking. Nothing is charged at the moment you reserve.

Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?+

No. You book free online and pay on the tour day — no deposit, no prepayment, no card charged in advance. That is also why free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure costs you nothing.

What is not included in the €40 price?+

Drinks at the bar are not included, and neither is the optional breakfast stop at Adrasan, which you pay at the local restaurant if you take it. There is no shop on the island, so anything else you want for the day travels with you.

Is the price the same from every hotel?+

Yes. It is a flat €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10 and free for infants 0–3 from every pickup point, with no regional surcharge. What varies is transfer coverage, not price — some areas we confirm individually, and the west-coast harbour zone has no transfer product.
