Suluada in November: The Schedule Changes — Here Is Exactly How

November is the month the schedule changes. The Saturday sailing from Antalya stops — it runs only from April to October — so the Suluada boat tour from Antalya is Tuesday and Thursday for the rest of the winter. The Suluada boat tour from Side does not change at all: it sails every day, all year, exactly as it does in August. The price is the same as every other month: €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free.

If you take one thing from this page, take that. The most common November mistake is arriving in Antalya on a Wednesday assuming a boat will be there on Friday.

Exactly What Changes in November

• From Antalya: Tuesday and Thursday. No Saturday until April. Pickup window 08:30–09:00 from central Antalya, Kemer and Beldibi; around 12 hours in total; snorkelling masks and pool floats included.
• From Side: unchanged and every day. Pickup 05:30–06:00 across the Side–Manavgat band, optional breakfast stop at Adrasan paid at the restaurant, sailing at 09:40, back alongside at 16:00, about 10 hours door to door, minimum age 6.

Both boats still leave from the same place — Adrasan harbour. Nothing about the island changes in November; only the road leg in front of it, and which days that road leg is offered. What a November Day Feels Like

Quiet. That is the honest headline, and for some travellers it is the entire appeal.

The mornings are properly cool now. The 05:30–06:00 transfer needs a jacket, not a token layer, and the deck at 09:40 is a place where people stand rather than sprawl. By the middle of the day the sun has done its work and the boat softens; late in the afternoon it cools again quickly. Dress in layers you can add and remove, because a November day on the water is three different days stacked together.

The island is close to empty. The anchorage off Suluada is a different experience without high-season traffic — the twin beaches keep the pale-sand turquoise that made the island's reputation, and there is space and silence around it. Where conditions allow, tender boats still shuttle guests from the anchorage into the bay. Should You Still Swim?

Many guests do, and the reason is simple: the sea gives up its summer far more slowly than the air does. A November swim is a shorter, sharper thing than an August swim, and not everyone wants one — but the people who do tend to describe it as the best part of the day.

What matters is having the choice. Bring a swimsuit and a proper towel even if you think you will not use them. Life jackets are available on request and non-swimmers are welcome on both departures; nobody is required to get in. Weather, Cancellations and How to Plan

This is where November demands more of you than September did. Windy days are more common, and in rough sea the harbour authority can stop departures. When that happens you are rebooked or refunded — the call belongs to the port, and we do not sail against it.

So plan with slack. Book for early in your stay rather than your last full day, so that a cancelled sailing becomes a moved sailing. The flat price does not move for the low season: €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free, the same from every pickup point on the coast. We do not discount in winter and we do not surcharge in summer — see the prices page and what is included. Lunch is cooked on board and included: grilled fish or chicken with pasta or rice, Turkish mezes, a seasonal salad, then fruit and tea. Drinks at the bar are paid separately, and there is no shop on the island, so bring what you need for the day.

Free transfer language applies across the Side–Manavgat band and for central Antalya, Lara, Kemer and Beldibi.
