Groups are the natural shape of this day. Two families sharing a villa, six friends on a summer week, three generations booked into the same hotel — the Suluada boat tour absorbs them all, because it was never built as a private product. You join the same boat, at the same price, on the same water.
The number that matters most is the one that does not move. €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free — from every pickup point on the coast, and at every size of party. We do not quote a group discount, and we will not invent one. What you get instead is a price that never climbs either.
What does change with numbers is logistics: pickups across several hotels, space on deck, lunch counts. Larger groups we confirm individually — tell us who is coming and we build the morning around it. This page covers the price, the pickup and the practical detail.
One Price, However Many of You There Are
The flat fare is the whole pricing policy. €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 travel free. Ten adults pay ten times €40. There is no bulk tier, no free place for the organiser, and no surcharge that appears the moment a group looks profitable. Honest pricing cuts both ways, and this is the side of it we would rather explain up front.
You book free online and pay on the tour day — nothing is taken from a card in advance, which matters when you are collecting money from eight people who all settle up at different speeds. One person can reserve for everybody, or each traveller can book their own place; the total lands the same. The full breakdown, including how children are counted, sits on the prices page, and the family price page works through a typical family total.
Getting Everyone Collected
Pickup is where a group booking actually gets complicated, and almost all of it comes down to one habit: give us every hotel name when you book, not on the morning. A party spread across three hotels in the same resort is routine. A party we only discover is spread across three hotels once the vehicle is already moving is not.
Where we run the transfer, the route is built around the group, and we keep a party in one vehicle wherever the route allows it. Exact times are confirmed with each traveller individually, and we never publish per-hotel times because they genuinely shift with the route. Whether your resort sits inside a band we serve, is confirmed individually, or falls outside the transfer product altogether is set out place by place on the hotel transfer page. Either way, ask us before you commit a large party — one message in advance is worth more than any amount of sorting out at dawn.
A Long Day, Shared
Be honest with your group about the clock before you book. The boat sails from Adrasan harbour at 09:40 and docks back at 16:00. From the Side region that is roughly ten hours door to door; from Antalya, closer to twelve. The 05:30 start is early, and someone in every group says so out loud at breakfast. It is also why you reach the island while the water still has that morning glass to it.
On board, lunch is cooked and served on deck: grilled fish or chicken with pasta or rice, the day's Turkish mezes, a seasonal salad, then fruit and Turkish tea. Drinks from the bar are not included, so a group bar tab is settled separately. Swimming breaks at Suluada and the surrounding bays give the day its rhythm — for the stop-by-stop picture, read the full-day tour page or our day itinerary.
Mixed Ages, Private Boats and Confirming a Larger Party
One rule decides more group plans than any other: the minimum age is 6 on the Side departure. If your party includes a four-year-old, the Antalya days are the better route — that boat sails on Tuesday and Thursday all year, plus Saturday from April to October, so it takes planning rather than spontaneity. Life jackets are available on request and non-swimmers are welcome; nobody has to get in the water. Families should read the family tour page first.
A whole boat to yourselves exists only as an enquiry — private hire is not a fixed product here, and we will not publish a price or a capacity we cannot stand behind. Ask, and you get an honest answer; the private boat page explains the limits. Otherwise booking is simple: reserve free online, pay on the tour day, cancel free up to 24 hours before departure. Start with the daily Side departure, check the Antalya departure days, or send us your group's details.
