Most boat trips hand you a plate. On the Suluada day, lunch is cooked on board and served on deck between swimming stops — grilled fish or chicken, the day's Turkish mezes, a seasonal salad. It is the part of the day people ask about most before they book, and the part they underestimate.
The meal is the same on both departures. The departure from Side runs every day. The departure from Antalya sails Tuesday and Thursday all year, plus Saturday from April to October. Both boats leave Adrasan harbour, and both galleys work the same menu.
Lunch is inside the ticket, never a supplement: €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free, flat from every pickup point on the coast. One thing we state plainly, because the phrase "lunch included" hides a lot on this coast — drinks at the bar are not included.
What Is On the Plate
The main course is your choice of grilled fish or chicken, served with pasta or rice. Alongside it come the day's Turkish mezes — stuffed vine leaves, stuffed peppers, lentil patties — and a seasonal salad. Afterwards, seasonal fruit and Turkish tea.
That is the whole menu, written out, because vagueness here is how holidays get disappointing. The crew cooks, the plates come out to where you are already sitting, and the boat carries on. Our what's included page sets the meal beside everything else in the ticket, and the lunch on board describes it from a guest's seat.
When Lunch Happens
Lunch lands between swimming stops, not at a fixed restaurant hour. The boat sails from Adrasan at 09:40 and docks back at 16:00; inside that window the day alternates between anchoring, swimming and eating. You will have earned it — from the Side region the pickup window is 05:30–06:00, and breakfast, if you take it, is early.
That breakfast stop at Adrasan is optional and payable at the local restaurant, not part of the ticket. Plenty of guests skip it and save the appetite. Worth knowing either way: there is no shop on the island, so anything you want beyond the meal — snacks for children, a particular drink — travels with you from the hotel. The whole rhythm of the day is in our day itinerary.
Drinks, Diets and Children
Drinks are the honest footnote. Nothing from the bar is included. It is a separate tab, settled on board. The Turkish tea served after the meal is part of lunch; water, soft drinks and everything else at the bar is not. We would rather you read that here than discover it at the counter.
On diets: the choice between grilled fish and chicken covers most preferences, and the mezes and salad are vegetable-based. If someone in your group has an allergy or a strict diet, tell us when you book, so the crew knows before the food is prepared — contact us and we will confirm honestly what the crew can prepare. Food allergies and diets goes further. Children eat the same meal at the child price.
What It Costs, and How to Book
The meal never appears as an extra line. The price is flat from every pickup point on the coast: €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free. You reserve free online and pay on the tour day — no prepayment, no card held — and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. The full breakdown sits on the prices page.
If you want the meal in the context of the whole ticket, our all-inclusive page explains what "included" really covers on this boat, transfer and swimming stops included. Otherwise, pick your departure: from Side, every day of the week, or from Antalya on Tuesday, Thursday and — April to October — Saturday.
