You do not have to swim to have a good day at Suluada. Non-swimmers are welcome on both departures, life jackets are available on request, and the boat anchors near the island while tender boats shuttle guests to the bay where conditions allow. Staying on deck all day and only stepping into the shallow water is a perfectly normal way to do this trip.
Be honest with yourself about one thing: this is a long day on the water. The Side departure runs about ten hours door to door; the Antalya departure about twelve. If open water makes you anxious rather than simply cautious, a full boat day may be the wrong choice, and we would rather say that before you book than after.
If you do come, one boat has a useful advantage: snorkel masks and pool floats are included on the Antalya departure, and a float changes what a non-swimmer can do at a swimming stop. The fare is the same either way — €40 per adult, €30 per child aged 4–10, infants 0–3 free, paid on the tour day. The everyday alternative, and the shorter day: pickup 05:30–06:00, sailing from Adrasan at 09:40, back at 16:00, roughly ten hours in total. Life jackets are available on request here too, and nobody is asked to get in the water. If your date is fixed and the Antalya calendar does not match it, this is the boat that will.

The crossing itself, which is the part people underestimate: the coast, the bays along the route and the island seen from the deck. Lunch is cooked on board — grilled fish or chicken with pasta or rice, Turkish mezes, seasonal salad, then fruit and tea. Drinks at the bar are not included, and there is no shop on the island, so bring what you need for the day.
